NetCommercePay and Moursel…a lesson

Well well well…I was buying for the first time from Moursel.com (web to sms service), and like the idiot I am, I submited my CC number, Firefox blocked a popup window, I got a confirmation SMS on my phone that I was charged X amount of USD and to my surprise, my moursel account is till empty, no credits.

Ketchup UX

I am brainstorming lately on how and what to present in a few days/weeks about user experience.

The audience will be folks (tweeple!), most are bloggers, all are internet savvy, but the vast majority is not familiar with user experience design.
