Well well well…I was buying for the first time from Moursel.com (web to sms service), and like the idiot I am, I submited my CC number, Firefox blocked a popup window, I got a confirmation SMS on my phone that I was charged X amount of USD and to my surprise, my moursel account is till empty, no credits.
Called them on the number listed, no answer, skype no answer, msn no answer.
So I decided to call NetCommercePay and well, no answer either. so Monday I’ll have to go to the bank to fix the whole issue.
Dear NetCommercePay, when you have popup windows and it’s actually about transferring money, you have to WARN the user that they should disabled to popup blocker.
Dear Moursel, when you are running such a service, you MUST have a 24/7 customer support. (well ourjouwan.com is the mother company of Moursel.I am offering them free courses in user experience and customer service, I have a few 101 books and customer service for dummies, any one willing to drop them at their offices?)
So, to both of you I say, you suck!
