- ALL SUBMISSIONS should have an explicit GNU General Public License license or an equivalent.
- I repeat, the copyrights of ONLY THE WINNING design will be mine (credit will be given though)
- Wordpress and Wordpress only (version 2.9)
- Design must be original (as in unique, as in NOT copying a design) and submitted only to this competition.
